It is almost hard to believe but true; yes, the FCC actually fined AT&T $100 million dollars for throttling-down end-users’ ‘net access speed! Bravo!

According to the FCC’s Chairman, lawsuits will not beat ‘net Neutrality this time (again proving how inane this entire exercise is/was in and as far as why wasn’t America’s ‘next access determined as a Public Utility months/years ago?)

Carrying On.

Despite the expected legal backlash from AT&T and Verizon regarding the FCC’s ‘net Neutrality ruling, let’s hope that they can actually act as an independent authority and hold their ground versus caving to political pressure and partisan politics.
