Broken Glass?

Google’s prototyping of using balloons to beam ‘net access to remote areas demonstrates at least one consistent theme (of the company): that they are not going to wait for governmental intervention to solve an issue that they could do so otherwise (which is positive dependent upon how ‘free-enterprise’ is viewed).
