More people are now accessing the Internet via a mobile device in China than a more traditional route (i.e., a PC) which should really come as no surprise. The other issue that should also come as no surprise is the degree that Microsoft is working via playing catch-up in order to push as many of their Windows Phone devices to low-to-mid-tier consumers in developing nations in order to potentially gain a foothold in the Mobile Revolution (which is / will far surprise the PC Revolution as far as it relates to the Internet).
